We operate as a booking service, connecting you with the owner/ manager of your chosen accommodation. Our dedicated sales team will handle your inquiries and work with you to find the perfect options based on your criteria until a final decision is made.

Please note that our administrative and financial office is based in Spain, and all interactions between us are governed by Spanish law. This also applies to any disputes that may arise.
While we strive to ensure that all property images accurately represent the accommodations, there may be occasional variations due to last-minute changes by the property owner.
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance before your holiday begins, as we are not affiliated with ABTA or ATOL. If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please contact us in writing with your requests.
Please be aware that we are not liable for delays or cancellations beyond our control, such as Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or national crises). In such cases, we will make every effort to help find a reasonable solution as per the Rental Agreement.
To process your booking, we may require certain information from you, such as your full name, date of birth, ID/ passport details, address, and any special requests or dietary requirements. We will request this information in writing, and it may also be required by the owner/manager of the accommodation.
Failure to make payments on time may result in canceling your booking.
While we take great care to ensure that all pricing on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur, and prices may fluctuate based on the owner’s discretion. The final price will be communicated, before the booking takes place.
We are liable for any foreseeable loss or damage directly caused by our failure to meet these terms. However, we are not responsible for losses or damages that are not foreseeable or beyond our control.
Your personal information will only be used to facilitate your booking and will be shared with the owner/manager as needed.

Booking and Reservation:
All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically due prior to arrival, and in other cases, at the arrival.
Changes to bookings, including cancellations and modifications, may be subject to fees.
Once you have decided on your booking, we will establish a contract for your holiday arrangements. After your booking has been confirmed, you will be in direct contact with the owner/ manager of the accommodation to finalize the check-in details.
Payment:
Payment for accommodations and services must be made in full prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Accepted forms of payment may include credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
Prices are quoted in the currency specified.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the property owner/ manager demands, but they were clearly mentioned in written.
Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation fees may apply if a reservation is cancelled within a short timeframe prior to arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the property.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
Guests may be required to present valid identification at check-in.
Security Deposit:
Some properties may require a security deposit to cover any possible damages, that will be done by guests.
The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations of the property.
Any damages or losses incurred during the stay are the responsibility of the guest and may be subject to additional charges.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests and residents.
We reserve the right to make changes or amendments to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes or amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
