Chalet 1 is one of three stunning properties in The 3 Chalets, combining alpine tradition with fresh, modern design. This luxurious chalet offers 5 en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

The main living area, located on the middle floor, features an open layout with a kitchen and dining space. A large L-shaped sofa surrounds a glass-fronted fireplace, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere enhanced by high vaulted ceilings and warm lighting. The chalet’s most captivating feature is its breathtaking views of Chamonix and the surrounding mountains, best enjoyed from the balcony accessible from the living area.

Chalet 1 offers two distinct dining areas: one in the center of the room, ideal for enjoying the magnificent views, and another in the kitchen area—perfect for groups who prefer separate dining for children and adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday, including two ovens. For alfresco dining, the balcony features a covered outdoor table and chairs.

For those who value outdoor space, Chalet 1 is an excellent choice. It boasts a spacious south-facing sun terrace with panoramic views, an outdoor cedar hot tub that perfectly complements the alpine theme, and a sauna for extra relaxation after a long day on the slopes.

Chalet 1 spans three floors, offering 5 bedrooms. The ground floor houses four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and direct access to the outdoor terrace where the hot tub is located. The mezzanine floor features an additional bedroom with four beds and an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.

For your convenience, the chalet includes a garage with ski racks and boot warmers, and an elevator for easy access between floors.

Chalet 1 can be combined with Chalet 2 and Chalet 3 to create a larger accommodation option, with space to sleep up to 41 guests.

Situated just 300 meters from the ski slopes of Le Savoy, Chalet 1 offers easy access to the diverse runs in the Le Brévent – La Flégère ski area. Despite its tranquil location with panoramic views of the Mont Blanc Massif, Chamonix Centre is only a short 3-minute stroll away, putting a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars right at your fingertips.
