This luxurious 372 square meter chalet offers an exquisite alpine retreat with stunning views of the Mont Blanc and Fiz Mountain Ranges. With a beautiful spa area that includes a sauna, steam room, and swimming pool, this property is designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort.
The chalet features five bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Four spacious double rooms and a room with four adult-sized bunk beds provide the perfect space for families or groups of friends. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a culinary dream, while the expansive open-plan living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, offers an inviting space to unwind. A separate TV lounge, featuring a Starck fireplace, opens onto a private terrace where you can soak in the panoramic mountain views.
Located in the Les Houches area of the Chamonix Valley, the chalet boasts a prime ski-in/ski-out position along the World Cup Kandahar black ski piste. You can easily ski down to the Bellevue cable car or take a short drive to the Prarion gondola, where you’ll find a beginner’s area at the top.
For dining and shopping, the center of Les Houches is just a 10-minute drive away, while the vibrant town of Chamonix, with its bars, restaurants, and shops, can be reached in about 15-17 minutes by car. The iconic Aiguille du Midi cable car is also within a similar driving distance, making this chalet an ideal base for both skiing enthusiasts and those looking to explore the beauty of the Chamonix Valley.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include full gourmet chalet catering and selected complimentary drinks. Also available on a self-catered basis on request.
