Spread across three floors and 160 square meters, the chalet is enveloped by sun-drenched terraces, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals against a majestic mountain backdrop in the warmer spring months. A convenient ground-level entrance leads in from the garage parking, making access a breeze.

Accommodating up to 8-12 guests, the chalet features three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus an additional double bedroom on the top floor with its own toilet. For larger groups or families, two double sofa beds in the master bedroom and on the mezzanine can comfortably sleep four more guests. Ideal for 8 adults or family groups, it caters to every need.

The middle floor boasts inviting communal spaces, including a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy group meals. On the mezzanine, you’ll find a snug TV nook, which also doubles as an extra sleeping area with a double sofa bed.

From summer 2023, the innovative Matterhorn Alpine Crossing will also enable ski-free travel between Breuil-Cervinia and Zermatt, providing breathtaking views as you cross the Alps’ highest border.
