Spanning 350m² over two floors, the spacious chalet is ideal for mid-sized groups. The first floor features an expansive open-plan design with vaulted ceilings that create an airy, light-filled atmosphere. The large lounge area, centered around a 360° fireplace, offers a cozy yet luxurious setting with modern sofas, comfy beanbags, and charming alpine accents. The split-level floor design adds to the room’s character, while the long dining table comfortably seats all 12 guests. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen at the back of the room boasts modern appliances and ample preparation space, including a long central island. Natural light floods the space through numerous skylights, and the tall picture windows at one end of the room open onto a wide balcony with stunning views up the Chamonix Valley.

The chalet’s outdoor spaces are just as impressive. Relax in the seven-seater hot tub on the ground floor terrace, where you can soak in the magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif. Inside, the chalet’s spa area includes a sauna and steam room, perfect for soothing tired muscles after skiing back to the chalet via the challenging World Cup Kandahar piste.

Above the first-floor living areas, a bright and cozy mezzanine TV lounge offers a unique space for relaxation, with floor sofas that evoke the feel of an Arabian bazaar.

This luxurious chalet accommodates up to 12 guests across five stylish bedrooms, each combining refined wooden interiors with plush, soft beds to epitomize modern alpine luxury. The four double bedrooms can be configured as twins if needed, while the fifth bedroom is a quad bunk room with adult-sized bunk beds, perfect for four guests. The bunk room and one of the ground-floor bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom, while the other three bedrooms each feature private en-suite facilities.

The Ski-In/Ski-Out Chalet occupies a ski in/ski out location in the Les Houches area of the Chamonix Valley, with beautiful views of the entire Mont Blanc Massif.

The chalet is ski in/ski out along the World Cup Kandahar black ski piste, from which you can ski down to the bottom of the Bellevue cable car. Alternatively, this cable car is about an 8-minute drive, or you can reach the Prarion gondola in 6 minutes by car, where you will find a beginner’s area at the top.

A 10-minute drive from The Ski-In/Ski-Out Chalet will take you into the center of Les Houches and the restaurants and shops there. Reaching the bars, restaurants, and shops in the center of Chamonix will take an approximately 15-17 minute drive, while the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car is about the same time away by car.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and include full gourmet catering, an open drinks bar, and daily housekeeping.

The chalet is also offered on a self-catered basis, with housekeeping every other day.
