The chalet’s ground floor is the heart of the home, featuring spacious living areas with a double-height vaulted ceiling, light wooden interiors, and sleek furnishings in silver and beige tones. The clean, refined style is complemented by Alpine touches such as animal skin chairs, antler chandeliers, and cozy ethanol fireplaces. Multiple sitting areas, including plush sofas, a stylish reading corner, and elegantly crafted furniture, invite you to relax in comfort. The large dining table comfortably seats all 10 guests, adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen. Step out onto the terrace to enjoy fresh Alpine air and serene views of the mountain forest.

One floor below, you’ll discover the chalet’s luxurious spa area. The centerpiece is an indoor swimming pool with a sunken Jacuzzi hot tub, surrounded by glittering mosaic tiles, Tuscan columns, and marble statues, evoking a Greco-Roman ambiance. The spa also includes a sauna, Hammam, refreshing shower, and massage room for ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes.

For entertainment, the chalet offers a dedicated TV lounge, perfect for cozy movie nights.

The chalet features five beautifully appointed double bedrooms, split between the first and lower levels. The master suite on the first floor is particularly luxurious, with a spacious en-suite bathroom and a separate walk-in shower. Each of the three first-floor bedrooms boasts modern en-suite bathrooms and private balconies with stunning views down the valley. The two lower-level bedrooms share an independent bathroom and are equally stylish, reflecting the polished, modern design found throughout the chalet.

For added convenience, the chalet includes an internal elevator, a ski room with boot warmers, laundry facilities, and a garage.

Situated directly on the green Praline piste, which connects to the green Belvédère piste, the chalet offers direct access to the slopes. A short ski down will take you to the ski school meeting points and the base of the main Ariondaz gondola.

The center of Courchevel Moriond, with its array of shops and restaurants, is just a 6-minute drive or a 25-30-minute walk from the chalet, making it easy to enjoy everything this world-renowned ski resort has to offer.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and are offered on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.
