The room’s sliding doors open onto a magnificent 135m² roof terrace, where you can take in breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the Mont Blanc mountain range, making it easy to forget you’re right in the center of Chamonix.

The dining area is perfectly suited for families, with two separate tables—one seating up to 8 guests and another for 4—allowing adults and children to enjoy meals together or separately while savoring dishes prepared by your professional chef. The apartment also features a semi-professional kitchen, fully equipped for culinary excellence.

In addition to the spacious living areas, this penthouse offers several relaxation spaces. On the ground floor, a massage room provides a serene setting for a variety of treatments by a skilled therapist. Upstairs, you’ll find a stylish bar area and a separate TV room—perfect for movie nights with the kids or a quiet evening cocktail.

The four spacious bedrooms are located on the ground floor, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Three of the rooms feature king-sized beds, while the fourth is a cozy bunk room for four, ideal for children. Each bedroom is furnished with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, along with private en-suite shower rooms. One of the double rooms includes a standalone bath in the bedroom, and another offers a large dressing area for added convenience.

For ease of access, the penthouse has a private lift connecting the two floors, along with two outdoor parking spaces and a private garage just a short walk away.

Situated in the very center of Chamonix, this penthouse is perfectly positioned for exploring the town’s vibrant offerings. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the pedestrian area, surrounded by a variety of bars, restaurants, and designer shops. The famous La Folie Douce Chamonix is just a five-minute walk away for those who enjoy après-ski entertainment.

For skiing, the Savoy drag lift and beginners’ area are only a five-minute walk from the penthouse, providing easy access to the Plan Praz gondola and the Brevent-Flegere ski area. Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests, to include full gourmet chalet catering and selected complimentary drinks.
