Experience alpine luxury in this charming ski chalet, perfectly situated within a short walk of the Les Houches ski area. This beautifully designed chalet spans 350m² across three floors, offering a blend of modern comfort and traditional mountain charm.

The expansive living room is a true centerpiece, featuring a vaulted ceiling that rises to an impressive 5 meters. A striking central fireplace with a traditional wooden hood and Mont Blanc granite stone base creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room is bathed in natural light, thanks to the large bay windows that enhance the sense of space. The adjoining dining area boasts a large oak and stone table, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen island, allowing for flexible configurations. The fully equipped kitchen is both discreet and functional, providing an ideal space for your private chef to prepare delicious meals.

For entertainment, the chalet offers a dedicated media/TV room with a large screen for movie nights. Teenagers and the young at heart will enjoy the Neo Legend arcade game terminal and the football table. Additionally, there is a separate TV lounge on the main living floor, giving kids and adults plenty of space to relax.

On the ground floor, discover a versatile room overlooking the garden. Initially appearing as a tranquil lounge with decorative Buddhas, poufs, and a small bar, it reveals a hidden gem—a fully glazed space with sound and lighting for a dance floor. This dance floor can be lowered to unveil a swimming pool, equipped with a hydraulic floor that allows you to adjust the depth, and features a counter-current system.

Step outside to enjoy the Nordic hot tub, nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The chalet also boasts a unique sauna, housed in an independent “mazot” or small chalet in the garden.

Each bedroom in the chalet is designed with a modern décor that reflects the natural beauty of the mountains, using wood and local stone. Custom-made furniture adds to the cozy ambiance. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, a private shower room, and a Japanese toilet. The master bedroom on the top floor features a king-size bed, a spacious dressing room, and a luxurious bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The Bear and Wolf bedrooms have access to the terrace and each comes with its shower room, toilet, and dressing room. The bunk room, with its cozy mountain hut feel, offers space for four or even five beds.

The chalet is equipped with advanced technology, including self-regulating underfloor heating throughout, enhancing the overall comfort of this exceptional property.

Located in the sought-after Les Houches area of the Chamonix Valley, the chalet is just 500m from the Prarion ski lift and a local bakery. The center of Chamonix is easily accessible via the frequent local bus service, and there are also bars, restaurants, and shops within Les Houches itself. For those with their transport, Chamonix is just a 10-minute drive away, making this chalet an ideal base for exploring the region.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet to include full gourmet catering, an open drinks bar, and daily housekeeping. The chalet is also offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping included every other day.
