This luxury ski-in/ski-out chalet in Val Thorens offers an exceptional mountain retreat, featuring a vast 1,200m² of space spread over five floors. With stunning south-facing views, world-class spa and entertainment facilities, and the capacity to accommodate up to 15 guests across 8 beautifully designed bedrooms, this chalet promises an unforgettable alpine experience.

The main living areas, located on the second floor, exude elegance and comfort. The lounge area is centered around a distinctive crimson-tiled bioethanol fireplace, complemented by plush seating and a corner bar, perfect for enjoying après-ski drinks. The opulent dining area, with a circular table and feature chandelier, provides a grand setting for shared meals. Off the lounge, there’s a separate cigar room—ideal for relaxing with a fine vintage from the chalet’s exclusive wine cave. Step out onto the expansive south-facing balcony, where breathtaking views of Val Thorens, the Plein Sud piste, and the surrounding mountains await. The balcony offers a perfect spot for alfresco dining or simply basking in the sun, with direct access to the slopes.

The first-floor spa area, with its glass-fronted design, invites you to unwind while gazing out at the slopes. Indulge in the indoor swimming pool, large hot tub, sauna, and Hammam, or step outside to enjoy another hot tub. The chalet also features a gym, massage room, and yoga space for complete wellness.

For evening entertainment, the chalet offers two cinemas, a children’s playroom, table football, and unique experiences like a golf simulator and a Formula 1 simulator for a thrilling challenge.

The 8 bedrooms, spread across the upper two floors, provide a serene and luxurious space for rest. The top floor houses three private double/twin suites, each with its own balcony, while the third floor includes a Master suite, three double/twin rooms, and a single bedroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated, blending alpine heritage with modern sophistication, and come with en-suite shower rooms and panoramic views.

An internal elevator connects all five floors, and a garage on the lowest level offers convenient parking.

The chalet boasts one of the best locations in Val Thorens, right on the slopes with ski-in/ski-out access, and it sits at the bottom of the blue Plein Sud piste. Skiers can easily connect to other resorts in the Three Valleys or head to Val Thorens’ nursery slopes and main ski school area. The nearby Plein Sud piste is also home to the famous Folie Douce après bar.

Local restaurants, bars, and resort amenities, including a fitness center and bowling alley, are just a 5-10 minute walk away or a quick 2-minute ride using the chalet’s in-resort chauffeur service.

The price is based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and includes full staff services and gourmet catering.
