This luxurious four-story, 290m² chalet offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern luxury, nestled in the serene mountain village of Pessey, just above Valtournenche. With space to sleep six guests across three en-suite bedrooms, it’s a perfect retreat for those seeking peace, comfort, and access to a premier ski area connecting Italy and Switzerland.

Inside, contemporary design meets alpine tradition. The spacious, open-plan living areas on the second floor exude style and warmth, featuring a concealed kitchen for seamless dining and a designer living area with a cozy Moroso sofa set around an elegant fireplace. Step directly out onto the terrace to enjoy the landscaped garden.

The first floor is dedicated to a luxurious 50m² master suite, complete with a plush double bed, a roomy walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite with a chromotherapy shower. The master bedroom opens directly to the garden, where you can savor peaceful mornings or starlit nights.

On the top floor, two additional 20m² bedrooms offer stunning mountain views. One can be arranged as a double or twin room with an in-room bathtub and a private toilet on the landing, while the other is a double with an en-suite shower and toilet.

The lower floor provides a full entertainment experience with an immersive media room featuring an 82-inch Sony OLED TV and a premium sound system. The Technogym fitness zone with an additional chromotherapy shower is ideal for unwinding after skiing. The garage includes a charging station and ample space for ski, snowboard, and biking gear.

Situated just 250m from the red Reine Blanche piste, the chalet offers convenient ski access, leading to the Valtournenche-Salette gondola. For beginners, a short 8-minute shuttle ride takes you to the gondola base, where a dedicated beginner’s area and easy blue runs await. The extensive ski area connects to the renowned resorts of Breuil-Cervinia and Zermatt, with over 300km of high-altitude trails and some of the world’s best mountain restaurants.

The town of Valtournenche, a quick 7-minute drive, offers a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, and a sports center. For a more vibrant scene, Cervinia is only a scenic 18-20 minute drive up the valley.
