The place is really impressive. We had the most wonderful stay at our stay in Zermatt. The chalet was perfect, our host was exceptional as was the concierge service we received. The host went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was unforgettable. We cannot thank you enough for making this trip so fantastic.
This was easily one of the nicest chalets we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was incredible, and the chef prepared the most mouthwatering meals. Afternoon tea was such a lovely surprise and a real treat. We skied almost every day and cherished our time relaxing at the chalet in the afternoons. The outdoor hot tub was an absolute highlight! It was one of the best vacations we’ve had, and we hope to come back again soon.
We just came back from an amazing Ski Vacation to Zermatt. We have been to Verbier many times but on this trip we decided to try Zermatt and wow we just loved it. The skiing was incredible, the village itself was so charming but more importantly the chalet was the best we have ever been too. We took the fully catered rate and it was the best thing we could have done. The food and staff were second to none. We appreciated the kindness of the owner. We will do it again very soon!

It was definitely a vacation to remember. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, which gave us the freedom to dine out most evenings. Each day, we hiked through different areas of Zermatt and were absolutely amazed by the mountain , and the restaurants we discovered along the way. My birthday was unforgettable, and our time at the chalet made it truly special! We appreciated the kindness of the owner. We will do it again very soon!
From the moment you step into the chalet, the breathtaking surroundings immediately captivate you. We were greeted by the wonderful staff with a glass of champagne, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. We traveled as a group of 10, and I had coordinated with the chalet manager prior to our arrival. They made it truly unforgettable, and it was perfect in every way. What impressed me most was their attention to detail—it’s a simple thing, but it speaks volumes about how much they value each guest’s experience. The skiing in Zermatt is amazing, with plenty of charming restaurants along the way. The town’s car-free policy, allowing only electric taxis, adds to its unique charm. I can’t recommend this chalet enough when visiting Zermatt. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the entire place exudes luxury while still being the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. I’d go back in a heartbeat!
